Outside, the apartment has direct access to the communal swimming pool (shared by total of 8 units) and benefits from a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The apartment is a corner unit and so offers a high amount of privacy compared with the middle units. The terrace has an outdoor dining table and two sun loungers.

The upper level of this luxury sea view pool apartment comprises three double bedrooms. The master suite has a private balcony, smart TV and Netflix service with private en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub. A good choice of bars, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores are just 400m from the villa. The Seatran pier where you an connect with nearby Koh Phangan island is within 5 minutes walk.
The central part of Bangrak beach with good swimming is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Bophut’s Fisherman’s village is just 4km away and the international tourist center in Chaweng Beach is a short 5km drive.

-Airport transfers charged at 500 THB per minibus transfer
-Damage deposit of 10,000 baht required in cash on arrival which is fully refundable and can be paid in any equivalent currency.

Check-out time is before 11am and check-in time after 4pm. We can be flexible on this unless there are guests checking in/out on the same day as your departure/arrival.
The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests including children. Exceptions can be make for infants aged 0-2 years old but please inform us before booking.
We do not accept party groups celebrating high school graduation.
Guests are required to switch off air-conditioning each time they leave the apartment and not to run air-conditioner with doors or windows open.

Payment Policy

50% deposit payment required to secure the booking with remaining 50% balance payment due at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable if cancelled by the guest.
