Samui Ridgeway Villa is an expansive completely private retreat set on more than an acre of hilltop land with sensational 270 degree panoramic sea views sleeping up to 16 adults in 6 bedrooms. Enjoy one of Koh Samui’s largest private swimming pools, probably the best views on offer on the island, several distinct indoor & outdoor social areas and great services including free breakfast and optional Thai cooking services. Approaching the villa brings you to a large parking area large enough for several cars and the entrance to the main living pavilion. The main living pavilion hosts an open plan living area with bar area and kitchenette to the rear with sink, twin electric hob, fridges and coffee maker.

This main interior lounge area keeps cool with its high ceiling and several doors that open to the spectacular surrounding sea views over the terrace and huge swimming pool. The pool offers a good sized shallow area for young kid’s to play with built-in jacuzzi sun loungers. The pool terrace has several sun loungers, outside dining tables and a shady soft seating area to the side. A charcoal BBQ is available on request.

A dedicated TV room offers plenty of seating with 55″ smart TV also offering hundreds of IPTV channels.

The upper level hosts the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms all featuring incredible panoramic sea views and with private attached bathrooms. The master bedroom has a very large wrap-around balcony where the 270 degree views can be enjoyed. Both guest bedrooms offer a double bed.

Two further guest bedrooms are located in the level under the main living area each equipped with 2x double beds allowing 4 guests to sleep. These guest bedrooms also open to a sea view balcony and offer attached private bathrooms.

The 6th bedroom is located on the other side of the property in a self-contained cottage, also with attached bathroom and private sea view balcony.

Property Surroundings

The villa is located in the peaceful south of Koh Samui island on a private hilltop estate set over several thousand square meters of land. The location is completely private but quite remote meaning its about 10 minutes drive to nearest beach, convenience stores and restaurants in beautiful Tong Krut. Picturesque Tong Krut Fishing Village is just 4km from the property which offers a good selection of local beachfront Thai and seafood restaurants, cafes and conveniences

Touristy Lamai beach town is 20-25 minutes (15km) away offering a huge choice of beachfront hangouts, restaurants, bars and conveniences such as supermarkets.

The busier tourist areas on the northeast of the island (Bophut, Chaweng) are about 35-40 minutes drive.

If you are looking for a centrally located villa near tourist areas and every amenity imaginable, this is not the villa for you. Nightly Rental Rates

*These rates valid for 12 guests. For additional guests up to 16 adults there is additional charge of 1,000 Thai Baht per person per night. Children are charged same as adults with exception of infants less than 2 years old.

Samui Ridgeway Villa Rental Terms and Conditions

Nightly rental rates include:

– Daily cleaning
– Towels and bed linen changed every 3 days except Sundays
– Simple continental breakfast (eggs any style, toast, tea/coffee, fruit juice, fruit). Breakfast served 8am-10am each day. Guests welcome to shop for additional breakfast items/ingredients or staff can shop for additional ingredients (additional shopping service charges apply)
– Cot and highchair available on request.

Nightly rental rates exclude:

-Security/damage deposit of 20,000 THB collected in cash at check-in (can be paid in any equivalent currency)

– Airport transfer at 1,300 THB per minibus per journey

Additional Information/House Rules

-Published rates are for a maximum of 16 registered guests. Exceptions may be made for infants 0-2 years old, please inquire for more information. No parties or events are allowed.

-We ask guests not to put tissues or any other sanitary products in the toilet and to use the tissue bins provided.

-Guests should switch off air-conditioners each time they leave the bedrooms and not run air-conditioners with doors or windows open.

-Check-in time is normally 3pm or later and check-out normally before 11am though we can be very flexible on this if there is no booking which checks-out/in on same day as your check-in/out.

-For groups of teenagers from Singapore and Hong Kong celebrating high school graduation, the booking must be made by a parent of the group and we require a 50,000 THB security deposit

-Smoking in outdoor areas only please.

Payment Policy

50% deposit payment required to secure the booking with remaining 50% balance payment due at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable if cancelled by the guest.
