Entering Villa Lanta you will be greeted by the luxurious spacious living area with large sliding glass doors that opens up to immerse the breath taking sea views.

The spacious living area comes with a fully equipped western style kitchen with oven and electric hob.

Opening the sliding doors you will walk out onto the beautiful terrace with a large private swimming pool boasting the breath taking sea and island views.

Villa Lanta offers 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one with a king sized bed and the other with a twin bed. The bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, a work desk and ample storage. The bedrooms open up to the terrace that connects both rooms together to soak up the spectacular views from the terrace.

Looking onto sensational views from the Chaweng Noi hills area on the east coast of Koh Samui with local beaches just 8 minutes drive away and busy Chaweng Beach town just 10 minutes drive offering white sands and a busy beach road with restaurants, bars, shopping and all other tourist conveniences. Other popular tourist destination towns; Bophut and Lamai are both within a 15 minute drive.

• Rates per night in USD$ and subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• On villas where chef service is not included a thai chef is available for an additional USD$ 50++ per day
• Minimum stay during low and high season is 3 nights.
• Minimum stay during EASTER & CNY is 5 nights
• Minimum stay during peak season on both Xmas & NY is 7 nights.
• Extra person $50++ per person per night
• One round trip airport transfer and CBF or Asian breakfast included
• Student groups security bond USD 1,000 and direct contact details parent prior to us of at least one confirming the booking. Also no outside guests permitted in the villa.
