Entering Villa Lipe you will find a modern fully air-conditioned indoor living space featuring a fully equipped western style kitchen with a dishwasher, an indoor dining area and a spacious living area with a smart TV and a large sofa.

The living area opens up to the spacious pool terrace with sun loungers, ceiling fans and a private swimming pool with breathtaking sea views.

There are 2 bedroom host a king sized bed and twin single beds with ample office space. Both also offer en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors that open up to the connecting balcony that boasts the stunning sea views of Koh Samui.

Property Surroundings

Villa Lipe is set in the Chaweng Hills on the east coast of Koh Samui just 5 minutes drive to Crystal Bay beach and 10 minutes to the Koh Samui nightlife center in Chaweng beach. Other popular beach towns Bophut and Lamai are both within a 15 minute drive. There are steep access roads so a good quality car rental or scooter rental are recommended.

Villa Lipe Restrictions

• Rates per night in USD$ and subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• On villas where chef service is not included a thai chef is available for an additional USD$ 50++ per day
• Minimum stay during low and high season is 3 nights.
• Minimum stay during EASTER & CNY is 5 nights
• Minimum stay during peak season on both Xmas & NY is 7 nights.
• Extra person $50++ per person per night
• One round trip airport transfer and CBF or Asian breakfast included
• Student Group security bond $1,000 for Comoon Villas and direct contact details parent prior to us of at least one confirming the booking. Also no outside guests permitted in the villa.
