• Rates per night in USD$ and subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• On villas where chef service is not included a thai chef is available for an additional USD$ 50++ per day
• Minimum stay during low and high season is 3 nights.
• Minimum stay during EASTER & CNY is 5 nights
• Minimum stay during peak season on both Xmas & NY is 7 nights.
• Extra person $50++ per person per night
• One round trip airport transfer and CBF or Asian breakfast included
• Student Group security bond USD 1,000 for direct contact details parent prior to us of at least one confirming the booking. Also no outside guests permitted in the villa.
